Jim White and Giorgos Xylouris reunite to invent a post-rock form of Mediterranean motifs. The musical conversation between White, founder and drummer of the renowned rock trio Dirty Three, and Xylouris, prodigious lutist and son of the great Psarantonis, proves powerful. The Australian musician and Cretan instrumentalist imagine acoustic landscapes where tensions, clear melodies and chaotic rhythms coexist. Between frenzy and calm, the duo enthralls as much with its mastery as by its release.
