Small and big alike will find something to enjoy in this wonderful musical and theatrical creation that retraces the famous adventures of Theseus, Ariadne, the Minotaur and the Labyrinth. This is a journey back in time to ancient Crete. On stage the artists evoke the tale – sometimes in words, sometimes with music. In fact, traditional Cretan songs and instruments strikingly illustrate, in their own ways, the adventures experienced by the characters. Rich in powerful symbols, the story of Theseus and Ariadne evokes this myth, which, since Antiquity, has fed the collective Western imagination.
