Amnésia Mémor performs both the traditional and more recent tunes that the Tzigane people of Eastern Europe sing.  Russia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia, Albania and Greece:  this journey focuses on original arrangements, improvisation and still has some surprises in store.  Through laments, dances and dirges, in addition to expressions of human tragedy, intoxicating joy and frenzied rhythms, these songs resonate with the audience and are capable of touching our greatest depths.
