Deeply embedded in his time and fiercely attached to his land, Manu Théron is not only a collector, arranger and performer of popular traditions, but he is also an innovator of a renewed Occitan culture.

The course covers the different polyphonic traditions that Manu has explored, including those from Macedonia, Piedmont and South Italy, as well as Occitan and Judaeo-Spanish traditions, allowing for an overview of a new Occitan music.
