Daughter of the legendary Farruco and mother to three famous contemporary dancers - Farruquito, El Farru and Carpeta - La Farruca is a pillar of this famous flamenco dynasty. Since her Sevillian childhood, immersed in song and guitar, she has shared the stage with the greatest artists and headlined in shows that have marked their time: Andalucía Flamenca, Persecución, Flamenco Puro, Amante and Bodas de Gloria. At the Biennale of Seville n 2012, she presented a show that combined flamenco with the kathak dance of Arjun and Anush Mishra.

This great dancer marries strength with incredible balance and feel. Her teaching is an invitation to travel to the purist roots of flamenco, accompanied by Anton Fernandez on guitar and singer Cristo Cortes. The palos to be taught are alegria for the intermediate level and bulerias for advanced.
