KALARIPPAYATT, South India martial art + Animated films starring animals

Kalarippayatt is a martial art from Southern India in which a wide variety of postures are inspired by the way animals move. After watching a selection of animated films starring animals, participants will approach this art via breathing, stretching and warm-up exercises and then discover animal postures and how to combine them.

14h - 15h30 (4-6 year-old)
16h - 17h30 (7-10 year-old)
