Did you know that everybody is capable of producing several tones with one voice? In fact, everybody is capable of overtone singing – you just need to know how to do it. Led by Amartüvshin Baasandorj, one of the great masters of khöömii , this workshop plunges right to the heart of the practice through a typically Mongolian teaching style. The practical is enriched with theoretical elements devised by ethnomusicologist Johanni Curter, who will serve as an assistant and interpreter.
