Balade scandinave et balkanique 

Jérôme Salomon’s drums provide the rhythm for two line-ups this evening: the Merline duo featuring the nyckelharpa (Swedish bowed instrument) and a mix of Scandinavian and mediaeval music; and the Melizma trio, which travels from the Balkan hills to the plains of Anatolia to the sounds of kaval flutes.
